It’s not too late. Love the outdoors? Try hiking, walking or biking! Do what you are told. Try a class before signing up or following a friend.

Our quick-and-easy society may seem focused on weight loss or physical results, but your appearance may not change noticeably for the first few weeks or even months. A better measure of progress is to focus on your abilities (strength/endurance/agility) or how much you’ve improved since you started. If you track reps, weight, distance, or other progress metrics each week, it will give you more energy than the number on the scale. You’ll know something is happening to your body.
