Going to brunch with friends every week? Add a local hike or a walk on the beach. There are many ways to fit in exercise without stealing time from other aspects of your life.

Set goals and write them down. When you have a goal to work towards, you’ll be more motivated to stick with it and see results! Set overall goals for your health and fitness. Keep them in mind and hold yourself accountable. Viewing your goals on paper and tracking your progress will help you stick to a healthy lifestyle plan and achieve your goals more easily.
